Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services of Tyyqrt GmbH, Friedrichstraße 123, 10117 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter "Tyyqrt" or "we").

2. Our Services

Tyyqrt offers financial consulting and educational services. Our services include:

• Financial advice and planning
• Educational resources on investing
• Newsletter services
• Individual investment strategies

3. Contract Formation

A contract is concluded when you request our services via our website or other communication channels and we confirm this request. The presentation of our services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer.

4. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you are obligated to:

• Provide truthful and complete information
• Pay agreed fees on time
• Not disclose confidential information to third parties

5. Liability

Tyyqrt is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability for damage to life, body or health remains unaffected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including texts, graphics, logos and software, is protected by copyright and owned by Tyyqrt or our licensors. Reproduction or use without our written consent is prohibited.

7. Termination

Contracts may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice to the end of the month, unless otherwise agreed. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website. For existing contracts, the terms valid at the time of contract conclusion apply.

9. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, provided the customer is a merchant.

10. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
